Refund policy

This policy covers paid FocusDesk purchases from Tarun Mishra (AI Tarun). The current preview is free and checkout is not yet live.

14-day full refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Send your order reference and purchase email through our contact form or contact Paddle Buyer Support. Do not send payment card details or UPI PINs.

Processing

For purchases processed by Paddle, refunds are handled through Paddle and returned using the original payment method where supported. Timing depends on Paddle, your bank, and the payment method. Access associated with a refunded purchase will end.

Your rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or any applicable rights under Paddle’s Refund Policy and buyer terms. Please contact us about failed access, duplicate payments, or other purchase problems, including after the 14-day period.
